摘要 用表面呈现技术构建文库并从中筛选新的生物活性物质,如抗体、受体或疫苗,已成为研究生物新药的捷径之一。文章就原理及相关应用对各种表面呈现技术进行了综述。 Screening novel products with bioactivities, such as antibodies, receptors and vaccines has become a convenient way to develop novel biopharmaceuticals. In this article, the protocols and some applications of all the various surface display technologies are reviewed.
