摘要
新疆亚克斯黄山铜镍矿采用无底柱分段崩落法开采,巷道采准工程量大,岩石破碎,支护量大,为提高爆破效率,优化巷道成型,减少爆破对岩体的破坏。在巷道掘进过程中引进光面爆破技术,通过现场试验,半孔率超过50%,巷道成型好。目前该技术已在黄山铜镍矿全面推广应用。
The non-pillar sublevel caving method is used in Huangshan Cu-Ni ore,the tunnel excavation work is large,the amount of broken rock and the support is also big. In order to improve the blasting efficiency,optimize the tunnel forming,reduce the destruction of rock mass,the smooth blasting technology is introduced in the tunnel driving process. Through the field test,the half hole rate is more than 50%,the tunnel has good formation. At present,the technology has been widely used in Huangshan copper nickel mine.
