摘要
随着工农业的发展,环境中重金属污染日趋严重,引起人们广泛关注。在自然环境中,微生物对重金属的敏感性要远高于动植物,通过对重金属和微生物两者相互作用的深入研究,可为环境中重金属的风险评估提供依据。文章综述了重金属对微生物生理毒害影响和微生物解毒机制,并对该领域的研究提出问题和展望。
With the development of industry and agriculture,heavy metal pollution is increasingly serious in the environment and causing widespread concerns. In the environment,microorganisms are far more sensitive to heavy metals than animals or plants. The studies of the interaction between the heavy metals and microorganisms may provide a basis for risk assessment of heavy metals in the environment. This article reviews the impact of heavy metals on microbial physiological toxicity and the mechanism of microbial detoxification,and concludes with problems and prospects for future study in this field.
