摘要
利用"互联网+设备"的理念,借助传感器、数据采集、数据传输、卫星定位等技术,构建铁路集装箱正面吊安全监管平台总体架构,设计运行状态参数、油耗、轮胎胎压胎温、GPS定位及吊箱计数等数据采集方案,研制车载数据采集终端,开发设计铁路集装箱正面吊安全监管平台,将数据传输到远程数据中心统一管理,实现集装箱正面吊实时运行状态监控、设备管理维护、数据统计分析、运行轨迹回放等功能,为提升铁路集装箱正面吊设备的精准化管理水平提供参考。
According to the concept of "internet plus devices", utilizing techniques such as sensors, data collection, data transmission, satellite positioning, the overall framework of safety monitoring and management of railway container reach stackers are established. The data collection schemes of real- time condition state monitoring, oil consumption, tire pressure and temperature, GPS positioning and container hoisting counting are designed. The data acquisition terminal as well as its safety monitoring and management platform are developed. The platform functions include real-time condition monitoring, equipment management and maintenance, trajectory playback, and data statistical analysis, and realize the delicacy management of the container reach stackers.
