摘要 目的在毛发移植外科手术中,毛囊单位移植温度和保存液是最为重要的两个因素。本文旨在寻找保存液的最佳组合方式。方法方法选取传统的0℃生理盐水(对照组)、0℃醋酸平衡盐(实验组1)、细胞培养用的0℃胰岛素、氢化可的松和DMEM培养基的组合液(实验组2)3种配方,通过HE染色检测毛囊单位的活性。检测的数据采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行分析处理,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果结果显示第3种效果较明显。在第3种配方基础上,我们进一步研究了自体血清和表皮生长因子(EGF)对毛囊活性的影响。结果显示,10%自体血清和20 ng/mL EGF可以使得毛囊活性提高至97%。结论由胰岛素、氢化可的松、DMEM培养基、自体血清和EGF组成的复合配方液对毛囊保存具有明显的效果。 Objective In hair transplant surgery, temperature and preservation solution are two of the most important fac- tors for hair follicle transplantation. This paper aims to find the best combination of preservation solution. Methods Three formula include traditional 0℃ saline (control group) , and 0℃ balance acetic acid salt (group 1 ) , 0℃ cell culture medium with insulin, hydrocortisone and DMEM (group 2) were selected for study, and we detected the activity of the hair follicle by HE staining and method. The data were analyzed with SPSS, P〈0.05 was statistically significant. Results The results showed that the effect of the third formulation was obvious. On the basis of the third formula, we further studied the effects of autoserum and epidermal growth factor (EGF) on follicular activity. The results showed that the activity of follicles was increased to 97% on the condition of 10 per cent of the autoserum and 20 ng/ml of EGF. Conclusion Compound formula consisting of insulin, hydrocortisone, DMEM, autose- rum and EGF, has a significant effect on the preservation of hair follicles.
