摘要
为建立适用于特种车辆的多轮分布式电驱动系统,以某6×6特种车辆为研究对象,分析了多轮分布式驱动特种车辆的系统总体构成及特点;将整车驱动系统划分为驱动控制、整车控制、驾驶员操纵、能量管理等几个核心模块,结合特种车辆实车特点,分别对各模块进行了设计及研究.并重点分析了多轮分布式电驱动的整车控制方法、整车扭矩协调控制策略、驱动力控制流程、电子差速控制模型及方法等.通过对多轮分布式驱动系统各个关键功能模块的建立和分析,完善了特种车辆多轮分布式电驱动系统设计.
Taking a 6 × 6 special vehicle as a research object,its general structure and characteristics are analyzed for building its distributed multi-wheel electric-drive system. The driving system of the vehicle is divided into several core modules including the driving control,the vehicle control,the driver operation and the energy management of the vehicle. Combined with the features of the vehicle,each module is designed and studied respectively. The control method of the vehicle,the coordination control strategy of the torques,the control flow of the driving forces and the control model of its electronic differential are studied. Based on the established key functional modules,the design for the distributed electric-drive system of the vehicle is improved.
