某MPV车型转向沉重问题的解决方案

摘要 为解决某MPV车型转向沉重及回位不灵的问题,采用尺寸链公差极值法,分析转向传动轴与胶套出现干涉的原因,优化了转向传动轴的总布置设计,更改了转向传动轴在上、下极限位置与防尘胶套的总布置间隙值,并制定相应的工艺更改方案.实车检验结果表明:转向传动轴总布置设计优化和工艺更改方案解决了转向沉重及回位不灵的问题. In order to solve the problem of both the heavy steering and the poor return in a MPV,the reason of the interference between the steering shaft and its insulator is analyzed by using the extremum method of the dimensional chain tolerance. The packaging design of the steering shaft is optimized. The upper and lower limit positions of the steering shaft are changed,the clearance between the shaft and its insulator is adjusted,and the corresponding process plan is worked out. The results verified by a real car show that the proposed scheme solves the problem of heavy steering and poor return.
