摘要
以3-甲基苯甲醛、达咪酮、邻苯二胺为起始原料,微波下反应可以得到较高产率的3,3-二甲基-11-间甲苯基-2,3,4,5,10,11-六氢双苯并[b,e][1,4]二氮杂卓-1-酮。本文经过一系列溶剂的尝试和对比,以水作为溶剂,反应条件简便,环境友好,后续处理方便。
Will 3-methyl benzaldehyde, MI ketone, o-phenylenediamine as the starting materials and reaction under microwave irradiation can get higher yield of 3,3-Dimethyl-11-Methyl phenyl-2,3,4,5,10,11- hexahydro-dibenzo[b, e][1,4] diazepin-1-one. This article through a series of solvents to try and contrast, take the water as the solvent, the reaction condition is mild, the green environmental protection, postprocessing is convenient.
