摘要 针对采用当前方法进行大型图书馆中图书质量在线评价时,难以获取图书质量评价指标的主观和客观权重的重要系数,存在实际操作复杂、图书质量评价误差大的问题,提出一种基于最优组合权重的大型图书馆中图书质量在线评价系统设计方法。该方法首先获取图书馆中图书质量评价指标集,利用熵值法计算出图书质量评价指标的信息熵,在此基础上结合主观与客观赋权法对图书质量评价指标进行赋权,得到大型图书馆中图书质量评价主观与客观权重集合,利用矩估计理论对图书质量评价指标的主观权重与客观权重的期望值进行计算,得到大型图书馆中图书质量的各项评价指标的主客观权重的重要系数,由此建立大型图书馆中图书质量在线评价系统。实验结果表明,所提方法能够在图书质量评价过程中减少随机误差以及系统偏差,在提高图书质量评价结果可信度的同时具有较强的应用性。 The current method used to perform the book quality online evaluation for large library is difficult to acquire the important coefficients of the subjective and objective weights of the book quality evaluation indexes, and has the problems of complex actual operation and big book quality evaluation error. Therefore, an optimal combination weights based design method of the book quality online evaluation system for large library is proposed. With the method, the book quality evaluation index set of the library is acquired, and the entropy method is used to calculate the information entropy of the book quality evaluation index. On this basis, the subjective and objective weighting methods are combined to empower the evaluation index of the book quality, and obtain the subjective and objective weight sets of the book quality evaluation for large library. The moment estimation theory is adopted to calculate the expected value of the subjective and objective weights of the book quality evaluation index to get the important coefficients of the subjective and objective weights of each book quality evaluation index for large library, so as to establish the book quality online evaluation system for large library. The experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the random error and system error in book quality evaluation process, improve the credibility of the book quality evaluation results, and has strong applicability.
