摘要
根据光纤布拉格光栅传感器具有抗干扰强、高灵敏度和工作寿命长等优良的物理特性,针对变电站沉降变形监测工程中存在的耗费大量人力、工作环境恶劣、积累时间长等突出问题,设计了新型光纤光栅沉降位移传感器,其沉降测量量程最大为300 mm,灵敏度为17.8 pm/mm,沉降位移分辨率为0.784 93 mm。与传统的沉降传感器相比,在测量灵敏度、分辨率和沉降量测量范围上有了极大的提高。综合实验结果,该传感器能实现对变电站地基和电气设备进行大范围、高灵敏度、高分辨率地沉降监测。
Since the fiber Bragg grating sensor has strong anti-interference, high sensitivity, long service life and excellent physical properties, and the settlement deformation monitoring project of substation exists the problems of a lot of manpower consumption, poor working environment and long time accumulation, a new fiber Bragg grating settlement sensor was designed, whose maximum settlement measuring range is 300 mm, the sensitivity is 17.8 pm/mm, and the resolution of settlement displacement is 0.784 93 mm. In comparison with those of the traditional settlement sensors, the measuring sensitivity, resolution and settlement measuring range are improved greatly. According to the experimental results, the sensor can realize the large-scale, high-sensitivity and high-resolution settlement monitoring for the transformer substation foundation and electrical equipment.
