摘要
为了研究非晶合金变压器由于磁场分布而引起的噪声,应用ANSYS对非晶合金变压器铁心磁场进行三维有限元仿真。通过对不倒角和倒角两种模型进行对比分析,得到三维磁场分布的相关信息,并深入阐述了两种模型的差异。结果表明,倒角后模型的磁密分布得到了改善,有助于降低变压器的噪声,广泛运用于非晶合金变压器的生产中,磁场仿真结果与实际相符。仿真分析表明,有限元分析法有助于分析变压器铁心磁场噪声分布问题,从而给设计人员提供了更精确的设计依据。
In order to study the noise of amorphous alloy transformer caused by the magnetic field distribution, the ANSYS is used to perform the three-dimensional finite element simulation for the magnetic field of the amorphous alloy transformer core. By comparing and analyzing the non-chamfering and chamfering models, the relevant information of the three-dimensional magnetic field distribution is obtained, and the differences between the two models are discussed. The results show that the flux density distribution of the chamfered model is improved, which can reduce the noise of the transformer, and is widely used in the production of amorphous alloy transformer. The simulation result of magnetic field is consistent with the actual situation result. The simulation analysis results show that the finite element analysis method is helpful to analyze the magnetic field noise distribution problem of transformer core, and provides the accurate design consideration for designers.
