摘要
近十年的研究证明DNA疫苗在众多的鼠和灵长类动物模型中,能同时诱发体液免疫和细胞免疫。同时,DNA疫苗具有众多传统疫苗无法比拟的优点,因而成为目前疫苗研究中的焦点。文章综述了DNA疫苗的发展、免疫机制、质粒构建、接种途径和方式。DNA疫苗既可用于预防,亦可用于治疗,可应用于感染性疾病,肿瘤及婴幼儿免疫。
The study over last decade has demonstrated that DNA vaccine can induce both humoral and cellular immune responses in variety of murine and primate diseases. In addition, DNA vaccine has been focus in vaccine community for its tremendous advantages than other traditional vaccine. The development and immune mechanism, construction of plasmids and inoculation routes and methods are reviewed here. DNA vaccination may come into the prophylaxis and treatment of infectious disease and cancer and vaccination of neonates and infants.
