随着科学技术的快速发展,制造业也逐渐向着数字化、智能化的方向发展。在传统的制造业车间建设过程中,主要采用经验型的管理模式,需要花费大量的人力物力进行合理化的管理。现如今,先进的信息化技术运用于在制造业车间的建设,以信息作为车间管理的基础,对整个车间的资源进行整理,同时不断优化车间管理的流程,进而整体性地提高了制造业车间的效率和能力。文章对制造业数字化车间的建设进行了详细的分析和探讨。

With the rapid development of science and technology, manufacturing industry is also gradually moving toward digitalization and intellectualization. In tile process of building a traditional manufacturing plant, an empirical management mode is mainly adopted, which requires a large amount of manpower and resources to be rationally managed. Nowadays, advanced information technology is applied to the construction of manufacturing workshops. Based on the information as the basis of workshop management, people organize the resources of the whole workshop and continuously optimize the process of workshop management, so as to improve the efficiency and ability of manufacturing industry collectively. This article analyzes and discusses in detail the construction of manufacturing digital workshop.
