大数据时代的到来对于传统的广电客户关系的管理是一次冲击,但带来的却是更好的发展。文章对于大数据这一理念做出一定的探讨,然后对于现前广电客户关系管理的不足做出叙述与分析,最后对大数据下的广电客户关系管理的方法做出探讨。文章致力于对当前大数据下的广电网络客户关系做出个人的分析并且希望提出一些观点帮助这一行业的发展升级。
The advent of big data era is an impact on the management of traditional radio and television customer relationship, but it brings about a better development. This article makes some discussion on the concept of big data, and then makes a narration and analysis on the shortcomings of the current customer relationship management of radio and television. Finally, the article explores the methods of customer relationship management under the big data. The article is dedicated to making a personal analysis of the current customer relationship of radio and television networks under big data and hopes to come up with some ideas to help this industry to upgrade.
