经颅直流电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见功能障碍,由其导致的吸人性肺炎、脱水、营养不良及心理障碍等并发症严重影响患者生存质量,甚至危及生命。吞咽障碍的康复依赖于大脑可塑性的发展,近年来大量研究表明,经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)技术可改变大脑皮质兴奋性,配合康复训练可加速诱导可塑性进程,受到临床广泛关注,
