摘要
研究以一种新型的离子液体季铵盐/DMSO作为溶剂对纤维素浆粕进行溶解,利用旋转粘度计测定不同浓度季铵盐/DMSO/纤维素溶液的粘度与温度关系,发现高浓度高聚合度纤维素溶液的粘度受温度影响更大。利用马尔文旋转流变仪测定不同浓度季铵盐/DMSO/纤维素溶液的流变性能,发现该溶液为切力变稀的非牛顿流体,并分析了溶液组成及温度对非牛顿指数、结构粘度指数的影响,通过Arrhenius方程计算发现,季铵盐/DMSO纤维素溶液的粘流活化能变化不受溶液浓度影响。
Abstraet:In our research, cellulose pulp dissolved in quaternary ammonium/DMSO solution which is a new kind of ionic liquids. The viscosity of quaternary ammonium/DMSO/cellulose solutions at different concentrations was measured using a rotational viscometer. The results showed that when the concentration of cellulose was high and the degree of polymerization was high, the viscosity of the solution was more sensitive to temperature. The rheological properties of the solutions were determined by rheometry. The results showed that the quaternary ammonium/DMSO/cellulose solution was a shear-thinning fluid at all concentrations. The structural viscosity, non-Newtonian index, and viscous flow activation energy of the solutions were also discussed. Through analysis using the Arrhenius equation, the viscous flow activation energy of the solutions was hardly influenced by the solution concentrations. Key words..
