轴心受压承载力试验构件计算长度修正方法

摘要 对L100×7、L110×7两种截面规格的角钢构件进行了轴心受压承载力试验,提出了一种剔除非理想铰接支座的影响,获得试验构件真实计算长度的方法。采用有限元对该方法进行了验证。最后采用现行规范方法计算得到了构件的轴压承载力值,并与试验值进行了比较分析。结果显示,采用真实计算长度得到的单角钢轴心受压承载力相比采用名义计算长度提高了近30%,与试验值相差约10%~12%,与真型塔试验结果非常吻合,该方法可以用于轴心受压试验构件的计算长度修正。 The axial compression bearing capacity tests for the angle components of L00X7, L110X7 are carried out. A method for eliminating the influenee of non - ideal hinged support and determining the actual calculation length of test component is put forward, which is validated by the finite element software. Finally, the axial compression bearing capacities are calculated with current specifications, which are compared with test results. The axial compression bearing capacity of a single angle can be increased by nearly 30% after using the actual calculation length instead of the designated one, and the difference between the result by the proposed method and the test resultis about 10% - 12% , which fits well with prototype tower test result. This method can be applied to the correction of the calculation length of the axial compression test component.
