2008-2015年四川省仁寿县血吸虫病阻断效果评价

Evaluation of Schistosomiasis Interruption Effects in Renshou County in Sichuan Province From 2008 to 2015

摘要 目的分析2008-2015年四川省仁寿县血吸虫病传播阻断实施效果,为实现消除血吸虫病目标提供参考。方法收集仁寿县血吸虫病历史资料、2008-2015年血吸虫病防治工作报表、血吸虫病各项防控对策、措施等。结果 2015年仁寿县血吸虫病流行乡镇32个,流行村(社区)206个,流行村(社区)总人口53.79万人;历史累计钉螺面积1 665.48 hm^2、血吸虫病病人31 422人、晚期血吸虫病(晚血)病人311人、存活93人、病牛36 380头。2008-2015年累计查螺22 131.46 hm^2、灭螺15 512.75 hm^2、人群查病147.862 1万人次、人群化疗66.693 5万人次、晚血救治537人814人次、检查耕牛2.067 2万头、治疗处理1.4538万头,结合开展多种综合防控措施,至2015年仁寿县已连续6年未发现当地感染的血吸虫病病例,连续8年未发现当地感染的血吸虫病病畜和阳性钉螺,已建立以行政村为单位,能反映当地病情、螺情变化的档案资料,并有监测巩固方案和措施。结论仁寿县于2015年达到血吸虫病传播阻断标准。 Objective To analyze the implementation effects of schistosomiasis transmission interruption in Renshou County, Sichuan Province from 2008 to 2015 and provide reference for eliminating schistosomiasis. Methods Historical data of schistosomiasis in Renshou County, schistosomiasis control work reports from 2008 to 2015 and all schistosomiasis control measures were collected and analyzed. Results In 2015, there were 32 schistosomiasis epidemic towns and 206 epidemic villages (communities) with a total population of 537 900 in Renshou. The cumulative area of oncomelania reached 1 665.48 hm2, the cumulative number of schistosomiasis patients reached 31 422 including 311 patients in the later stage and 93 survivals, and there were 36 380 infected cattle. From 2008 to 2015, oncomelania were examined in 22 131.46 hm2 area and eradicated in 15 512. 75hm2; examination was carried out 147. 862 1 people times; chemotherapy was administered 66. 693 5 person times; and 537 people received rescue for advanced schistosomiasis for 814 person time; 20 672 cattle were examined and 14 538 cattle were treated. By implementing various comprehensive prevention and control measures, no schistosomiasis case has been found in Renshou for six years by 2015, and no livestock with schistosomiasis infection and no positive oncomelania have been found for eight years. In the meantime, Renshou County has established an archive system with administrative villages as units which reflects local disease condition monitoring and consolidation plans and measures. transmission interruption standards in 2015. and oncomelania condition changes, and has developed Conclusion Renshou County has achieved schistosomiasis
