摘要 针对硅灰对混凝土配合比的影响进行试验研究,通过改变硅灰占胶凝材料的质量比,设计四组硅灰含量不同(0%、5%、10%、15%)的C30混凝土,依据混凝土配合比设计和混凝土坍落度试验,调整混凝土配合比,得到同时满足规范中最大用水量要求和流动性要求的合理掺硅灰混凝土配合比。研究表明:随着混凝土中硅灰含量的提高,混凝土坍落度呈线性减小,混凝土的流动性能减弱。本文可为研究硅灰对混凝土抗冻性能的影响提供依据,同时也为优化混凝土配比提供参考。 In this paper, the effect of silica fume on concrete mix proportion is studied through experiments. Four groups of C30 concrete specimens are designed, in which the mass proportions of silica fume to the cementations' materials are respectively 0%, 5%, 10% and 15%. Based on the concrete mix proportion design and the slump test, the reasonable proportion of silica fume concrete can be obtained. This proportion can meet the requirements of both maximum water cement ratio and flow-ability of concrete. The research shows that, with the increase of silica fume proportion, the slump of the concrete is linearly reduced and the flow-ability is weakened. This research can provide a basis for studying the effect of silica fume on the frost resistance of concrete. It can also provide a reference for perfecting concrete mix proportion.
