发达国家大学教师发展机构建设经验及启示

摘要 高校教师发展关乎一所大学人才培养质量的提升,健全高校教师发展组织机构建设对教学质量保障建设也显得尤为重要。本文从教师发展机构的组织化历程、功能定位、机构设置等方面,以美国、英国、日本、澳大利亚等发达国家教师发展机构为例,对其建设经验进行分析,为我国高校教师发展机构的建设与运行,提供有益的借鉴。 The development of college teachers is critical to the quality of talent cultivation in a university, and the construction of faculty development organization is very important to the teaching quality of universities. This paper takes the faculty development institutions of the United States, Britain, Japan, Australia and other developed countries as example to discuss the history of organization, function orientation, mechanism construction of faculty development institutions. Their successful experience that can provide useful guidance for the construction and operation of faculty development institutions in China is also analvzed in this paper.
