增权理论视角下农村老年人贫困问题及对策

Poverty Problem of the Elderly in Rural Areas and Strategy from the Aspect of Empowerment Theory

农村老年人贫困是一个备受全世界关注的国际性问题。解决农村老年人这一特殊群体的贫困问题,对于改善老年人生活状况、实现国家精准扶贫具有非常重要的现实意义。本文基于增权理论,结合农村老年人贫困原因的深入分析,从个体层面、人际关系层面、社会参与层面探究解决老年人贫困问题的对策,帮助老年人改变自身境遇,使扶贫工作落到实处。

Poverty of the elderly in rural areas is an international issue around the world. Solving the problem is very important to improve the living condition of the elderly and realize the national targeted poverty alleviation. This paper is based on the empowerment theory, combining the in-depth analysis of the elderly＇ s poverty causes in rural areas and exploring solutions to the poverty problem of the elderly from individual aspect, relationship aspect and social participation aspect, in order to help the elderly to change their situation and realize poverty alleviation.
