本科生的导师制与研究生的导师制有很多不同,本科生的导师制是在学生生活和学习过程中的一种补充式和引导式的教育,目前本科生导师制已经在全国很多高校稳步开展起来。本文将以机械类专业本科生导师制作为切入点,深入分析本科生导师制在实施过程中存在的问题,并且有针对性地建立机械类专业本科生导师制的实施体系,该体系主要包括了聘任评价机制、运行保障机制、监督管理机制和激励机制等四个方面的内容。

The the course of many colleges and universities in China. In this paper, we will take the undergraduate tutorial system of mechanical major as the breakthrough point. The problems existing in the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system, and the establishment of this system have been analyzed in this paper. Appointment evaluation mechanism, operation guarantee mechanism, supervision and management mechanism and incentive mechanism will be included in this tutorial system for undergraduates.
