经管类跨专业VBSE综合实训教学探索

Inter-Majoring Research on VBSE Practical Training in Economy and Management Related Major

应用型高校人才的培养目标除了要求学生掌握扎实的专业知识之外,还要求学生具有相应的操作能力和实践能力。一直以来高校实训难,尤其是经管类专业实训更难是各高校共同面对的一个问题。VBSE(虚拟商业社会环境)实训平台为经管类跨专业实训提供了可能,它将企业直接搬进了校园为理念,以锻炼学生的企业管理知识为出发点,通过设计一系列的岗位任务来锻炼学生的整体综合素质。为此,授课教师在进行VBSE综合实训教学时应当根据该门课程的特点采用灵活的教学方式,转换教师定位,转变教学模式,让学生化被动为主动学习,在学习的过程中培养学生的理论联系实际的能力,提高学生的综合素质。

The students in application-oriented colleges and universities are not only required to master solid professional knowledge but also are required to master appropriate practical skills. Currently, practical training is a big issue faced by the universities, and the practical training of economy management related majors is an even more difficult problem for some universities. However, VBSE （Virtual Business Social Environment） practical training platform provides a possibility to solve this problem. Based on the concept of bringing enterprises to the class and practicing students＇ knowledge of business management, VBSE offers a series of post related tasks to exercise students all round competency. Therefore, teachers should adopt flexible teaching methods to create student-centered classroom, to encourage students to learn actively when VBSE is used in the class. By doing this, teachers can develop students ability to combine theory and practice and improve their comprehensive ability.
