大学英语教学中跨文化意识的培养策略

Strategies for Cultivating Intercultural Awareness in College English Teaching

语言与文化之间有着密切的关系,语言内嵌于文化之中,是文化的载体,学习语言的过程也要学习相关的文化。英语语言教学不应当固守传统的词汇、语法思维,要以培养学生的跨文化交流为目的。基于此,本文分析了跨文化意识的内涵和现阶段大学英语教学中存在的问题,着重探讨了跨文化意识培养需要坚持的原则和有效策略。

There is a close relationship between language and culture. Language is embedded in culture. It is the carrier of culture, and the process of learning a language should also be related to culture. English language teaching should not adhere to the traditional vocabulary, grammar and teacher＇s thinking, and it should aim at cultivating students＂ cross-cultural communication. Based on this, this paper analyzes the connotation of intercultural awareness and the problems existing in College English teaching at present, and emphatically discusses the principles and effective strategies for cultivating cross-cultural awareness.
