The Study of Magnetic Fluid Suspension Type of Artificial Assisted Heart System

摘要 人工辅助心脏是除心脏移植外唯一有效的终末期心脏衰竭治疗方法,是高端医疗器械生产领域的代表。本文介绍一种基于磁液双悬浮技术的第三代人工辅助心脏系统构成并对各分系统工作原理进行说明,最后利用本文研究的人工辅助心脏系统完成了体外溶血实验以及动物实验并取得了较好的效果。 Artificial assisted heart, the only effective end-stage heart failure treatment in addition to heart transplantation, has been the representative production in the field of high-end medical device. A third-generation artificial assisted heart system was introduced in this paper, which was based on magnetic fluid double suspension technique, and the working principle of each sub-system is ex- plained. Finally, the hemolysis experiment in vitro and animal experiment was undertaken with good results obtained.
