Employment Guidance Mechanism for the College Graduates under the Transformation Development Perspectives

地方本科高校转型发展的核心议题在于强化"地方性"和"应用型"办学定位,其人才培养相应地会更加关注地方需求尤其是基层需求,转型发展为学生面向基层就业提供了内在动力。地方本科高校要在落实学校发展定位、创新人才培养模式、推动校地互动、强化学生教育、构建跟踪辅助机制等方面进一步完善促进毕业生基层就业的保障体系。

The keynote of transformation development for the ordinary undergraduate institutions is to strengthen school-running ap- plied orientation serving the local economy and society. Thus, the talent cultivation will revolve around demands of local society, espe- cially the grass-root units, and the transformation and development provides the students with inner motivation of working in these grass-root units. To better improve the graduates＇ supporting systems in the local grass-root units, the ordinary undergraduate institu- tions need to carry out the development orientation, reform the personnel training mode, promote the interschool exchanges, intensify the students education and establish the tracing and assisting mechanism.
