中国分省人口文化素质的区域差异研究:1982-2010

Regional differences in population culture quality in China:1982-2010

以中国31个省级行政单元为研究对象,综合利用"三普"、"四普"、"五普"和"六普"的数据,构建省域单元人口文化素质指数。利用泰尔指数、空间自相关等区域差异研究方法综合测度1982-2010年中国各省人口文化素质指数区域差异。结果显示:1)各省人口文化素质呈现"螺旋式"上升、提高的过程;2)各省人口文化素质各指标结构呈现明显的"东-中-西部"的梯度差异特征;3)各省文盲或半文盲人口规模区域差异表现出"缩小-扩大"的发展态势,而大专及以上高学历人口规模区域差异表现出"扩大-缩小"的发展态势。

Taking 31 provincial administrative units in China as the research object,＂third census data＂,＂fourth census data＂,＂fifth census data＂ and ＂six census data＂ were comprehensively used to construct the population cultural quality indexes for all provinces in China.Theil index and spatial autocorrelation analysis methods were used to measure the differences of regional comprehensive from 1982 to 2010.The results showed that：（1）the index structure of the cultural quality of the population of the provinces of China presents the obvious characteristic of the ＂East-middle-West＂.（2） The population cultural quality indexes of the provinces presents the process of ＂spiral＂ rising and improving.（3） The regional differences in the size of the illiterate or semi illiterate population showed the trend of ＂narrowing and expanding＂; while the regional differences in the scale of college students and higher education showed the development trend of ＂enlarging and narrowing＂.
