农户对旅游的影响认知、满意度与支持度研究——以北京市自然保护区为例

Study on farmers' perception of tourism impact,satisfaction and support-Case of Beijing Nature Reserve

社区居民是受旅游影响的最主要利益相关者之一。了解农户对自然保护区开展旅游带来的影响的认知、满意度与支持度之间的关系,是促进自然保护区旅游可持续发展的重要因素。文中以北京市6个自然保护区周边的社区农户为研究对象,采取面对面问卷调查的方法,共调查了421个农户,利用结构方程模型分析了农户对自然保护区开展旅游活动的影响的认知、旅游发展满意度以及支持度之间的关系。结果表明:农户旅游成本认知对其旅游满意度及支持度有显著负向影响,农户旅游获益认知对其旅游满意度及支持度有显著正向影响,并且获益认知比成本认知对旅游满意度及制度的影响效应更大;农户旅游满意度对其旅游支持度也有显著正向影响。基于上述研究结果,针对提高社区农户对旅游的满意度及支持度给出了几点建议,为自然保护区开展旅游提供了有价值的理论参考。

Community residents are of the most important stakeholders influenced by the development of tourism.Understanding the communities’ perceptions,satisfaction and support of nature reserve tourism is essential to promote the sustainable development of tourism by nature reserve.The respondents are community residents who live around six nature reserves in Beijing.The datas were collected by face-to face-onsite questionnaires with a total of 421 responded to the survey.The relationships among the farmers’ perceptions of tourism impacts,satisfaction and support were analyzed.The results showed that the residents’ tourism cost perception has a significant negative impact on their tourism satisfaction and support while benefit perception has a significant positive impact on their tourism satisfaction and support.The residents’ tourism satisfaction has a significant positive impact on their tourism support.Based on the research results above,some suggestions are given to improve the tourism satisfaction and support of the residents,which provides a valuable theoretical reference for the tourism of nature reserves.
