摘要
大环内酯类抗生素的基因工程研究进展十分迅速。不仅对此类抗生素的生物合成途径,参与基因及调控机理有了更透彻的认识,而且还应用基因工程技术有目的地改造其结构并创造出了一些体内外抗菌活性及治疗效果显著改观的新的大环内酯类抗生素。
The study of gene engineering of macrolide antibiotics have made the rapid and exciting progress. Not only their biosynthetic pathway, gene clusters involved in each step and regulation mechanism have been thoroughly understood , but some new antibiotics also have been created which have remarkable in vivo and vitro activities and notable effects of therapy by intentionally applying the techniques of gene engineering to reconstruct their structures.
