微小核糖核酸对成骨和破骨细胞分化及功能的调节作用 被引量:4

miRNA regulating the differentiation and function of osteoblasts and osteoclasts

摘要 微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)是一种非编码单链小分子RNA,以碱基互补配对的方式与目的信使核糖核酸(mRNA)分子结合,影响3'UTR区蛋白复合物合成。研究发现miRNA可以调控骨组织稳态,在骨形成、骨吸收以及骨细胞增生分化等过程中发挥重要作用。本文对miRNA在成骨和破骨细胞分化及功能调节作用方面的研究进展进行综述。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small single-line non-coding RNAs, binding target messenger RNAs (mRNAs) by complementary base pairing and influencing the combination of protein complex in 3' UTR. Many resear- ches found that miRNAs had the ability to regulate the homeostasis of bone tissue, and played an important role in the process of bone formation, bone resorption and the differentiation of osteoblasts. In this review, we are going to summarize the regulating roles of miRNAs in bone formation and bone resorption, as well as elaborate their research progress in osteoporosis.
