厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平对老年高血压伴糖尿病患者的治疗价值

Therapeutic value of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in elderly hypertension with diabetes mellitus

目的观察老年高血压伴糖尿病患者应用厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法选取医院接收诊治的老年高血压伴糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。观察比较2组临床治疗效果,治疗前后空腹血糖及空腹胰岛素含量变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05);治疗后,2组空腹血糖及空腹胰岛素含量均低于治疗前,且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者收缩压和舒张压水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压伴糖尿病患者应用厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对患者临床治疗有效率的提高具有积极作用,降低血糖及血压效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients received by our hospital with hypertension with diabetes were selected as a study sample, and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with each group of 45 cases. The control group was treated with irbesartan and the observation group was treated with irbesartan combined with amlodipine. The clinical treatment results were observed and compared. The changes of fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.56%, higher than 82.22% of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower in both groups than those before treatment, and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The application of using irbesartan and amlodipine in the treatment of the elderly patients with hypertension and dia- betes mellitus has a positive effect,which effectively improved the clinical treatment efficiency and lowers patients＇ blood glu- cose and blood pressure.
