摘要
氟骨症是一种地方病,当继发颈椎后纵韧带骨化症或黄韧带骨化症导致椎管狭窄、脊髓受压时,可出现脊髓功能障碍,严重者可能瘫痪。文章介绍1例被误诊为脊髓型颈椎病的氟骨症继发颈椎管狭窄的医疗损害鉴定案例,并建议医生应加强对地方病的学习,及时请相关学科会诊,以避免此类医疗损害案件的发生。
Skeletal fluorosis is a kind of endemic disease, when secondary longitudinal ligament ossification after cervical vertebra disease and yellow ligament ossification disease cause cervical stenosis and spinal cord compression, spinal cord dysfunction may appear, severe cases of paralysis may happen. This paper introduces 1 case of secondary cervical stenosis of skeletal fluorosis Misdiagnosed as cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and suggests that doctors should strengthen the study of endemic diseases, consult related disciplines in time in order to avoid the happening of this kind of medical damage.
