摘要 美国化学工程师协会举办的2017年国际碳管理和技术会议(CMTC2017)于2017年7月17—20日在美国德州休斯敦市召开。来自全球15个国家的政府、企业、研发单位约200人参加了会议,会议围绕碳捕集、利用和封存(CCS/CCUS)项目现状和进展,碳捕集、封存/EOR、监测技术进展,风险评估,政策和法规以及项目经济性等议题展开了广泛交流和深入研讨。文章根据会议发言和资料对美国CMTC2017会议重点关注的全球CCS/CCUS项目最新情况、政策措施以及技术进展进行了整理。CCS/CCUS是低碳技术组合中的重要环节,将有利于全球向低碳经济的平稳过渡;由于能耗、成本较高,现阶段CCS/CCUS难以大规模推广应用;目前碳捕集胺液吸收技术仍是国际上关注重点,CO_2驱油是最经济可行的CO_2封存与利用方向;国内需借鉴国外先进的CCS/CCUS技术经验,加大对CCS/CCUS的政策支持。 The 2017 International Carbon Management and Technology Conference (CMTC2017) was held on July 17-20, 2017 in Houston, Texas, United States. About 200 people from governments, enterprises and research institutes of 15 countries around the world attended the meeting. The status and progress of CCS/CCUS project, carbon capture and sequestration, EOR, monitoring technology, risk assessment, policies and regulations, project economic issues were introduced and discussed in the conference. Based on conference presentations and information, the latest project developments, policies and technological progress of the global CCS/CCUS focused on the CMTC2017 meeting are collated in the article. CCS/CCUS is an important link in the low carbon technology combination, which will benefit the smooth transition from the current high carbon economy to the low carbon economy in the future. Because of high energy consumption and cost, CCS/CCUS is difficult to be popularized and applied in large scale at present stage. At present, amine absorption technology in carbon capture is still the focus of international attention. CO2 enhanced oil recovery is the most economical and feasible CO2 storage and utilization direction. Foreign advanced CCS/CCUS technology needs to be learned, and the policy support for CCS/CCUS needs to be strengthened.
