乙烯装置急冷水温度低的原因分析及处理

摘要 因乙烯装置中急冷油塔存在汽油分馏段分布器堵塞问题,导致分离效率下降,汽油产品不合格,使装置被迫降低负荷运行,急冷水塔的热负荷随之下降,冷却水调节难度较大,造成急冷水塔塔釜温度过低,致使丙烯精馏塔塔釜再沸器加热量大幅下降,精馏效果下降,塔釜循环丙烷中的轻组分丙烯损失增加。因此根据现有条件采取了新增急冷水加热器、适当加大工艺水汽提塔的汽提蒸汽量、优化操作、调整工艺流程等措施,使急冷水温度得到提高,丙烯损失下降,同时急冷水用户的加热效果也得到提升,满足了工艺要求。 The clogging problem in gasoline fractionation distributor in the quench oil tower of the ethylene plant has caused lower separation efficiency, off-spec gasoline, reduced operation load of the plant, reduced heat load of the cooling tower and difficult adjustment for cooling water, which in turn led to too low temperature in the quench water tower bottom, significantly decreased heating capacity in the propylene rectifying tower reboiler, lowered propylene tower efficiency, and increased propylene loss from the circulating propane at the tower bottom. Therefore, responsive measures were adopted such as adding a new quench water heater, accordingly increasing the vapor flow of process water stripper, and optimizing the operation and the process, so as to increase quench water temperature, cut propylene loss, and improve the heating effect for quench cold water users, all while meeting the technological requirements.
