摘要
针对中国石化湖北化肥分公司合成氨装置目前存在的多处气氨无组织排放的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应处理措施。利用氨极易溶于水的物理性质,新建一台氨洗涤塔和一套氨气回收装置,分别回收冷冻系统不凝性气体中的气氨和全厂范围内无组织排放的气氨;通过对氨压缩机升速方式的相关改造,解决了氨压缩机升速过程中出现的氨闪蒸槽安全阀起跳的问题。经过技术改造及回收利用,基本解决了气氨的无组织排放问题,实现了气氨零排放,提升了装置的环保水平和经济效益。
This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of the synthetic ammonia plant in the chemical fertilizer company, and expounds the necessity and importance of gas ammonia recycling. Secondly, it analyses the problem of the fugitive emission of the gas ammonia, and puts forward the corresponding measures. Ammonia is easily soluble in water, so an ammonia scrubber and an ammonia recovery trait are added to recover the gas ammonia in non- condensable gas from recovery refrigerant system and the fugitive gas ammonia from other facilities, respectively. The speed-up mode of the ammonia compressor is also improved to eliminate the blow-off of the relief valve in ammonia flash tank during the compressor speed-up. The modification for gas ammonia recycling has tackled the problem of fugitive gas ammonia emission. Finally, its economic and environmental benefits are summarized.
