摘要
通过长期对供水系统节能运行研究,先后在不同的供水系统实施了生活水厂分时段变频变压供水、供水管线压力自动调节、多水源混合供水等节能技术。其中,分时段变频变压供水技术实施后,解决了生活水厂在用水低峰时段供水压力过剩的问题,比变频恒压供水多节能5%左右;供水管线压力自动调节技术实施后,解决了小区供水压力过剩问题;多水源混合供水技术实施后,解决了油田开发用水水源缺乏、水质不达标的问题。上述供水节能措施均达到了预期效果,经济效益显著。
Through long-term research on energy-saving of water supply system, energy-saving technologies such as divided-period variable pressure variable frequency (VPVF) water supply in drinking water plant, automatic regulation of water supply pipeline pressure and multi-sources water supply are adopted successively for different water systems. The implementation of divided-period VPVF water supply has solved the problem of overpressure of water supply in low water use, saving about 5% energy as compared with variable frequency constant pressure water supply. The automatic regulating technology of water supply pipeline has also avoided the overpressure of water supply in the community. And the multi-sources water supply technology has eliminated the issue of insufficient, off- spec water supply for the oilfield. All the measures has achieved the expected effect and remarkable economic benefit.
