摘要 热力管道的散热损失能较大程度的增加企业能耗,采用高效保温材料对热力管道进行节能改造,降低管线热损失,提高保温效率,对降低企业能耗、提高经济效益意义重大。文章介绍了纳米气凝胶绝热毡在塔河炼化公司1~#常压焦化装置的应用,并对其保温性能进行了分析。结果表明,纳米气凝胶绝热毡各性能指标均优于传统保温材料,采用纳米气凝胶绝热毡与复合硅酸盐毡相结合的保温方式,散热损失较原单纯硅酸盐毡降低40.3%,且保温厚度降低,节能效益可观。 The heat loss of heat pipe will increase the energy consumption of the company. The high-efficient heat insulation is of great significance to save energy, reduce heat loss, and improve insulation efficiency and economic benefit. This paper introduces the application of nano-aerogel insulation blanket in No. 1 atmospheric coking unit of Tahe Petrochemical, and analyzes the heat insulation performance. The results show that all of its performance indexes are superior to the traditional heat insulation materials, and the insulation combined nano- aerogel blanket and composite silicate blanket can reduce the heat loss by 40.3% compared to using the original silicate blanket alone, also with less insulation thickness and considerable energy-saving benefit.
