非甲烷总烃在线监测系统在污染源VOCs监测中的应用与研究 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了国产非甲烷总烃(NMHC)在线监测系统的工作原理、系统组成。该系统采用GC-FID技术,使用一个氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)可以同时测定样品气体中的总烃和甲烷两种成分。通过对现场样品的分析以及系统重复性验证,得出总烃的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.291%,甲烷为0.584%,NMHC为0.124%,从而证明NMHC在线监测系统的稳定性好,检测方法重复性好、数据准确、分析速度快,可以连续监测污染源气体中非甲烷总烃的实时含量,从而可对污染源中VOCs的排放进行有效监管。 The paper introduces the operating principle and the system composition of the on-line monitoring system of non-methane hydrocarbon (NMHC). This system adopts GC-FID technique, and its innovation point is that it can simultaneously detect total gas and methane by using one FID. By analyzing the samples and verifying the repeatability of the system, the RSD of total gas is 0.291%, the RSD of methane is 0.584%, and the RSD of NMHC is 0.124%, so it demonstrates the system's stability, repeatability, accuracy and speed. It can be mainly used in real-time monitoring the content of pollution gas from chemical, spraying and factory, so it can offer effective management of pollution emissions.
