增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者血浆、房水中VEGF与t-PA.PAI的相关性

The correlation of VEGF with t-PA,PAI in plasma and aqueous humor in patients with hyperplastic diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的探究血浆、房水中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI)的表达在增生性糖尿病视网膜病变中的相关性。方法以2016年3月至2017年2月来我院就诊并确诊为糖尿病视网膜病变的患者45例作为研究对象,同时选取同时期来本院进行白内障手术的患者45例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫法对参与本次研究对象血浆和房水中的VEGF和t-PA及PAI进行测定,观察对比不同组织上述三种物质的表达情况及分析VEGF与t-PA及PAI的相关性。结果血浆样本中在观察组和对照组中VEGF及PAI之间存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);t-PA在两组之间不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);房水中VEGF和t-PA及PAI在两组中均存在着显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);房水中无论是观察组还是对照组,VEGF浓度都要显著高于血浆中(P<0.05)而t-PA及PAI要显著的低于血浆(P<0.05);血浆中:VEGF和t-PA的表达之间存在正相关(r=0.654,P<0.05),VEGF与PAI存在正相关(r=0.702,P<0.05);在房水中VEGF和t-PA的表达之间存在正相关(r=0.521,P<0.05),VEGF与PAI存在正相(r=0.642,P<0.05);结论VEGF、t-PA、PAI三种物质在整个增生性糖尿病视网膜病变新血管发生过程中起到了一定的促进作用,三者在增生性糖尿病视网膜病变过程中可能存在相互促进的机制。 Objective To explore the correlation the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) with tissue plasminogen activator (t - PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) in plasma and aqueous humoraqueous in patients with hyperplastic diabetic retinopathy. Methods From March 2016 to February 2017, 45 patients who have been diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital as a research object, and select 45 patients who have been performed cataract surgery atthe same periodas control group, VEGF, t - PA and PAI in plasma and aqueous humor were measured by ELISA method, the correlation analyses was conducted in different organization of the three substances and the expression of VEGF, t - PA and PAI. Results There was a significant difference in expression of VEGF and PAI in plasma between the observation group and the control group (P 〈 O. 05 ) ; however, there was no statistical differences in expression of t - PA between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ), there were statistically significant difference in expression of VEGF and t - PA in aqueous humor and PAI between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; VEGF concentration was significantly higher than that in plasma in either observation group or control group (P 〈 O. 05 ), and t - PA and PAI concentration were significantly lower than those of plasma (P 〈 0.05 ). There was a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and t - PA in plasma ( r = 0. 654, P 〈 0. 05), and there was a positive correlation between VEGF and PAI ( r = 0. 702, P 〈 0.05 ) in aqueous humor. There was a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and t - PA ( r = 0.521, P 〈 0.05 ), VEGF and PAl have a positive phase ( r = 0.642, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion VEGF, t - PA and PAI have played a certain role in the proliferative diabetic retinopathy of new blood vessels, there may be mechanisms for VEGF, t- P3 and PAI mutual promotionin the process of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
