摘要
院校研究区别于高等教育研究的显著特征包括:它不是学术取向的知识增进,而是工作取向的"工程设计";其产品质量不是"越先进越好",而是"合适就好";它采用的是一种建构性、综合性、权衡性和殊相性的工程思维。中国院校研究要加强从人文思维方式到工程思维方式的"下沉";院校研究人员应跳出传统高教研究"舒适区",实现工作状态的转换;应注重"产品"形式,增加其接受度与认可度。
For educational research promoting education development, there' re such three basic ways as humanity, science and engineering. Institutional research is different from the prominent feature of higher education research. IR is not enhancing academic-orien- ted knowledge, but work-oriented "engineering design"; its product quality is not "the more advanced, the better", but "appropriate is good"; it is a kind of constructive, comprehensive, trade-off and differentiated engineering thinking. At present, China' s IR should strengthen the "sinking" from the humanity way to the engineering approach; Institutional researchers need to jump out of the "comfort zone" of the traditional higher education research to achieve the transition of the working state; pay attention to the form of product to increase its acceptance and recognition.
