摘要 针对现有物料分装技术的不足,设计一种半自动单种粒料分装机,该分装机通过控制系统对整个分装过程进行多重控制,将双边不对称振荡结构和由步进电机提供动力的传送带相结合,对粒料进行2次排布,使粒料呈单排间隔分布;运用红外计数结构和集料仓,实现将粒料按照一定数量进行分装、出仓的功能,同时对粒料总数和分装次数分别进行计数。该装置结构简洁、巧妙,红外计数和粒料出仓计数精准,多重控制方案使整个分装过程的精度和效率得到保证,不仅可以避免人工分装在安全卫生方面的不足,也可以满足用户对粒状物料分装精度的要求。 Aiming at overcoming the shortcomings of the existing ma- terial dispensing technology, a semi-automatic pellet racking machine was designed, which multiply controlled the entire packaging process by the controlling system. Combining the bilateral asymmetric oscil lating structure with the conveyor belt powered by the stepper motor, the racking machine distributed the pellets apart by taking two steps. The infrared count structure and aggregate silo were used to make the pellets discharged in accordance with a certain number of packaging, while the total number of pellets and the number of times were recorded. The device was concise, ingenious and could ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the entire packaging process through the multi-control program. With this device, not only the shortage of the manual packaging in the safety and health aspects could be avoided, but also the user requirements on the granular material dispensing accuracy could be met.
