新中国成立以后,中国共产党领导下的反腐败斗争经历了改革开放前三十年和改革开放后三十年两个不同的历史阶段。当下,随着反腐败进程的不断推进,中国共产党逐渐深化了对反腐败规律的认识,增强了反腐败的信心,丰富了反腐败的手段,取得了反腐败的成果,积累了宝贵的反腐败经验,从而实现了从人治到法制的历史性跨越。

After the founding of new China, the anti corruption struggle under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party has experienced two different historical stages, they are, thirty years before the reform and opening up and thirty years after the reform and opening up. Along with the continuous progress of the process of anti corruption, the Communist Party of China gradually deepened the understanding of anti-corruption laws, enhanced the confidence of anti-corruption, enriched the means of anti-corruption, anti-corruption achievements, accumulated valuable experience in anti-corruption, and achieved the historic leap from rule of man to the legal system.
