赖氨酸对断奶仔猪生长指标的影响

摘要 在养猪的过程中,为了提高母猪的繁殖率,提高经济效益,仔猪的早期的断奶技术成为养殖生产中关键的技术之一,被广泛应用于猪的养殖中.仔猪的早期的断奶产生很大的应激.严重影响仔猪的生长发育.为了减少断奶仔猪的应激,促进仔猪的生长发育,在断奶仔猪的饲料中添加一定量的赖氨酸,旨在讨论懒氨酸对断奶仔猪生产指标的影响,本实验选择28±2日龄体重相近的断奶仔猪40只,分成4组,每组10只,按照断奶仔猪的营养需要配合日粮,第1-3组分别在断奶仔猪的基础日粮上添加0.75%、1.5%、2.25%的赖氨酸,4组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验期为28d.在试验的第1d和28d称重测定断奶仔猪生长指标:日增重、采食量、料重比.结果表明:在断奶仔猪的基础日粮上添加0.75%、1.5%、2.25%的赖氨酸试验仔猪日增重、采食量与4组相比差异性显著(P〈0.05),在断奶仔猪的基础日粮上添加0.75%、1.5%、2.25%的赖氨酸试验仔猪的料肉比低于4组(P〈0.05)综上所述,在断奶仔猪的基础日粮中添加1.5%赖氨酸可以提高仔猪日增重、采食量,降低仔猪的料肉比,提高断奶仔猪的生长指标.为断奶仔猪的健康生长提供了研究意义.
