本文首先理清中国特色社会主义进入新时代的根据,即"历史性成就""历史性变革"和"历史性影响",然后指出"三个意味着"是进入新时代的标识,"五个时代"是中国特色社会主义进入新时代的具体内容。虽然"新时代"与"社会主义初级阶段"是不同层级的概念,但二者具有类似的哲学方法论意义。它是理解党的十九大报告提出的新论断、新思想、新方略的"立论基础"。在一定意义上,党的十九大报告就是实现强起来的宣言书和行动纲领。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics is marching into a new era, with "historic achievements,""historic transformations,"and"historic influences"as its foundations,and represents the new achievement in adapting Marxism to Chinese context. This "new era," key to Xi's Report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,is similar to the "primary stage of socialism"in terms of philosophical methodology. It marks the theoretical foundation of the new judgments,ideas,and strategies addressed in Xi's Report. In a certain sense,Xi's report is a manifesto and practical program for strengthening China.
