舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

Sublingual administering dust mites drops agent for the treatment of allergic rhinitis curative effect analysis

目的研究舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法选择我院2012年1月—2014年12月收治的30例变应性鼻炎患者为观察对象,使用舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,对比患者治疗前后的症状评分,观察不良反应。结果患者在治疗之前的鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻塞、流鼻涕的症状评分为(1.67±0.59)分、(2.52±0.61)分、(1.87±0.47)分、(1.82±0.64)分,患者治疗之后的鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻塞、流鼻涕的症状评分为(0.48±0.54)分、(0.47±0.49)分、(0.53±0.51)分、(0.48±0.51)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中1例患者出现哮喘小发作,1例患者出现低热,1例患者出现肠胃不适,均未经特殊处理停药之后完全好转,所有患者均没有出现严重不良反应。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎的效果良好,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,并且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the curative effect of using dust mite drops in the tongue to treat allergic rhinitis. Methods Our hospital in January 2012 - December 2014 for 30 patients with allergic rhinitis, looking at an object for all of the patients treated with suhlingual administering dust mites drops, contrast before and after treatment in patients with symptom scores and adverse reactions. Results Before treatment of patients with nasal itching, sneezing, stuffy nose, runny nose symptoms score （1.67 ± 0.59 ） （2.52 ± 0.61 ）（ 1.87 ± 0.47 ）（ 1.82 ±0.64 ） points, after treatment in patients with nasal itching, sneezing, stuffy nose, runny nose symptoms score of （0.48 ±0.54）（0.47 ± 0.49 ）（0.53 ±0.51 ） （0.48 ± 0.51 ） points, thus said after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were significantly reduce, the data statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） ; 1 patients appeared in the process of treatment of asthma in patients with small attack, 1 case of patients with low thermal, 1 case of patients with gastrointestinal discomfort, patients were no special processing, completely improve after drug withdrawal, treatment were no adverse reactions, all patients were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Sublingual administering dust mites drops agent for the treatment of allergic rhinitis treatment effect is good, can effectively alleviate the patient＇s clinical symptoms, and has high security, worth clinical promotion use.
