基于雾霾组分分析法的光伏发电消光特性研究 被引量:1

STUDY OF EXTINCTION CHARACTERISTICS OF PV POWER GENERATION BASED ON HAZE COMPONENT ANALYSIS METHOD

摘要 为研究雾霾对单晶硅太阳电池发电量的影响,首次提出雾霾组分分析法,以气溶胶不同组分的消光特性为研究对象,数值求解出气溶胶中各组分颗粒物的米散射消光系数,并通过朗伯特-比尔定律对其消光特性进行理论分析。继而利用Matlab模拟光照波长为460、660、860 nm,气溶胶粒径区间为0.1~2.5μm时,单晶硅太阳电池发电功率的衰减特性。实验部分采用SAC-Ⅲ型太阳电池系统对模拟数据进行对比验证。结果表明:1)当颗粒物粒径与入射光波长相近时,其对光照强度的消光程度最为明显;2)在浓度一定时,平均质量消光系数由大到小依次为有机碳、硝酸盐、硫酸盐、沙尘、元素炭、水,说明有机碳对光强的消光性能要高于其它几种组分;3)浓度在150~250μg/m3条件下,有机碳和水对光伏发电的影响分别占45.8%和5.2%。 In order to study the influence of haze on the power generation of single crystal silicon solar cell, the haze component analysis method was firstly proposed. Taking various extinction properties of aerosols with different chemical components as the research object, the extinction coefficients of the aerosol with different fractions of particulate matter of Mie scattering were solved numerically, and the theoretical analysis of the extinction property was carried out using the Lambert Beer law. Then the simulation of the power attenuation characteristics of the single crystal silicon cell with 0.1- 2.5 μm particle size range of the aerosol components at light with the wavelength of 460,660,880 nm was carried out by using the Matlab. In the experimental part, the simulated data were compared with the SAC- IIItype solar cell system. The results show that 1 )When the particle size is close to the wavelength of incident light, the extinction effect is far greater than that of other particles ; 2)When the concentration is constant, the average mass extinction coefficient, from the big to the small, are organic carbon, nitrate, sulfate, dust, elemental carbon and water, which shows that the extinction performance of organic carbon on the radiation is higher than that of other chemical components ; 3) Under the condition of 150-250 μg/m^3, the effect of organic carbon and water on PV power generation is 45.8% and 5.2% , respectively.
