涡发生器参数对风力机翼型性能影响实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 为研究涡流发生器形状及弦向安装位置对风力机翼型DU93-W-210气动性能的影响,在有、无涡流发生器的情况下进行风洞实验。实验研究3种不同形状(三角型、矩形、梯形)涡流发生器增升减阻效果。结果表明3种形状涡流发生器使最大升力系数分别增加48.5%、50.3%、51.1%,失速攻角推迟10°。三角型涡流发生器效果最好。此外研究不同弦向位置(10%C、20%C、30%C,C为弦长)对流动控制的影响,结果表明20%C处VGs效果最好。 To study the effect of the shape and the chord-wise installation location of vortex generator on the aerodynamic performance of DU93-W-210 wind turbine airfoil, wind tunnel experiments were conducted with and without vortex generators, respectively. The effects of vortex generators with different shape (delta-wing, rectangle and trapezoid) on lift enhancement-drag reduction were compared. The results show that vortex generators with different shape can increase the maximum lift coefficients, 48.5%, 50.3% and 51.1%, respectively, the stall attack angle was delayed 10°, the drag coefficients were decreased significantly. Compared with other shapes, delta-wing vortex generator has the best performance. Besides, the effects of three different chord-wise position ( 10%C, 20%C and 30%C, C is chord length)on flow control performance are analyzed, the results show that 20%C VGs has the best control effect.
