摘要
辽河油田杜66块为薄互层稠油油藏,经多周期蒸汽吞吐后转入多层火驱开发,因储层非均质性较强、蒸汽吞吐动用不均、空气超覆等原因,注入空气推进不均匀,纵向动用程度不足70%,井组各生产井尾气排量大,影响了开发效果。结合火驱开发特点及温场情况,优选了具有耐高温性能的泡沫调剖剂,其在300℃下阻力因子可达40,并优化了施工参数及施工工艺。现场试验表明,耐高温泡沫调剖技术可有效改善火驱注气井吸气剖面,缓解平面气窜。该工艺为多层火驱开发积累了宝贵经验,值得借鉴与推广。
Du 66 Block in Liaohe Oilfield is a thin interbedded heavy oil reservoir. It is developed by means of muhi-layer combustion drive after multiple cycles' steam stimulation. Due to strong reservoir heterogeneity, non- uniform producing of steam stimulation and air overlapping, the injected air isn' t advanced uniformly, the vertical producing degree is lower than 70%, tail gas discharge of production wells in the well group is high, and conse- quently the development effect is impacted. In this paper, the high-temperature foaming profile control agent was selected based on the development characteristics and temperature field of combustion drive. Its resistance factor un- der the temperature of 300~C is up to 40. Then, the construction parameters and technologies were optimized. Field tests indicate that the high-temperature foaming profile control technology can improve the gas injection profile of combustion driven gas injectors and relieve the gas channeling in the plane. This technology accumulates the valua- ble experience for the development of multi-layer combustion drive, and it can be used as the reference and shall be popularized.
