摘要 随着城市工业和生活用水量的增加,废水排放量也在相应增加。废水不经处理直接排出,既污染水体,又危害人身健康和工农业生产,尤其是含氨废水带来的负面影响更是巨大,因此找到解决问题的方法迫在眉睫。目前,汽提精馏回收水中氨的技术已经得到广泛的应用。它采用现代自控技术,通过合理运用过程自动化仪表和自动控制系统,不但降低了排放废水中氨的含量,还能够回收氨和盐,制备高浓度氨水和盐产品,进而提高企业环保设施的经济效益,降低运行成本。 With the city industrial and domestic water consumption increased, wastewater emissions are increased accordingly. Wastewater without direct discharge, both water pollution and harm to human health and agricultural production, especially the negative effects of ammonia containing waste water is even greater, so imminent to find solutions to the problem. At present, the stripping of ammonia water distillation technology has been widely used. It uses modern automatic control technology, through the rational use of process automation instrumentation and automatic control system, not only reduced the content of ammonia in the wastewater, recovery of ammonia and salt can also, the preparation of high the concentration of ammonia and salt products, and improve enterprise economic benefits of environmental protection facilities, reduce operating costs
