2种麻醉方式对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后恢复效果的影响被引量：12

摘要目的：探讨高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者采取不同麻醉方式对术后恢复效果的影响结果.方法：将60例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者随机分组,每组30例,椎管组采取椎管内麻醉,全身组采取全身麻醉,比较2组术后恢复效果.结果：椎管组并发症发生率显著低于全身组（P＜0.05）;椎管组术后下床活动时间、住院时间明显短于全身组（P＜0.05）;2组手术时间与术中出血量比较无差异（P＞0.05）.结论：高龄股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者采取椎管内麻醉处理,相比全身麻醉而言可以减少术后恢复时间,同时并发症发生率更少,安全性高,值得借鉴.
